The CITB provide specialist training schemes for scaffolders, which we make full use of in the qualifying of our workforce. Various different routes to obtaining scaffolding qualifications are employed.
Every year the company recruit a growing number of apprentices in partnership with the CITB. Together with our experienced and qualified staff, they train both on the job and at college for up to 3 years, resulting in an NVQ2 and also a NVQ3 advanced level scaffolding.
Existing, experienced and able scaffolders are also sponsored by the company to achieve formal CITB accreditation, via the Assessed route and now more often the adult training route.
The company is fully committed to the CSCS scheme, all new employees are required to train for and obtain a CSCS card before they are allowed out on any site.
100% of our operative and management staff hold CISRS / CSCS cards.
